Withdrawal guide

How to withdraw your TaskPay earnings to UPI

TaskPay lets you withdraw your approved coin balance directly to any UPI ID — PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, or any bank UPI. Here is a complete step by step guide.

Coin to rupee conversion

100 Coins = Rs 1
2,000 Coins = Rs 20  |  5,000 Coins = Rs 50  |  10,000 Coins = Rs 100

Minimum withdrawal amounts

First withdrawal — minimum Rs 20

If you have never withdrawn before, the minimum is only Rs 20 (2,000 coins). This lets new users try the withdrawal process with a small amount first.

Second withdrawal onwards — minimum Rs 100

From your second withdrawal, the minimum is Rs 100 (10,000 coins). Keep earning offers to reach this threshold.

Step by step withdrawal process

Step 1 — Earn and accumulate coins

Complete listed offers from the offerwall. Submit proof screenshots. Wait for admin approval. Approved coins are added to your wallet balance. Check your balance in the Wallet section.

Step 2 — Open Wallet section

Tap the Wallet icon in the bottom navigation bar. You will see your current coin balance, rupee value, and a progress bar showing how close you are to the minimum withdrawal amount.

Step 3 — Enter your UPI ID

Type your correct UPI ID in the field provided. Examples: name@ybl, 9876543210@paytm, name@oksbi, name@axl. Double check the UPI ID before submitting — wrong UPI IDs cause payment failures and requests may be rejected.

Step 4 — Enter withdrawal amount

Enter the number of coins you want to withdraw. You can use the quick amount buttons or type manually. The equivalent rupee amount is shown automatically. You cannot withdraw more than your current balance.

Step 5 — Submit the request

Tap "Request withdrawal". Your request is submitted for admin review. You will see a pending status in your withdrawal history.

Step 6 — Wait for review and payout

Admin reviews all withdrawal requests. Approved requests are paid to your UPI ID within 24 to 48 hours. If rejected, the reason is shown in your wallet and the coins are returned to your balance.

Important UPI safety rules

Never share your UPI PIN. Receiving money to your UPI ID does not require your PIN. Your UPI PIN is only for sending money. If anyone asks for your UPI PIN while "sending" you a reward, it is a scam — reject the request immediately.

Common withdrawal problems and fixes

Withdrawal rejected — wrong UPI ID

Check your UPI ID carefully. Open your UPI app (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm) and copy the exact UPI ID from your profile. Common errors include extra spaces, wrong symbols, or missing handle (like @ybl).

Not enough coins

Complete more approved offers to reach the minimum. The progress bar in the wallet section shows how many more coins are needed.

Already have a pending withdrawal

Only one pending withdrawal request is allowed at a time. Wait for the current request to be paid or rejected before submitting a new one.

Payment not received after approval

Sometimes UPI payments take a few extra hours depending on bank processing. If payment does not arrive within 48 hours of approval, email support with your withdrawal ID.
