Answers to the most common questions about TaskPay — joining, offers, coins, proof, referrals, and UPI withdrawal.

Getting started

What is TaskPay?

TaskPay is an online rewards app in India where users complete listed offers, earn coin rewards after admin approval, refer friends, and request UPI withdrawals.

Is TaskPay free to join?

Yes. Signing in with Google is completely free. TaskPay will never ask you to pay for an account, OTP, or login access. If anyone asks you to pay for TaskPay access, it is a scam.

Do I need to download an app from the Play Store?

No. TaskPay is a Progressive Web App (PWA). Open taskpay.co.in in Chrome on your phone, sign in, and optionally add it to your home screen for quick access — no Play Store required.

How do I sign in?

Open TaskPay and tap "Sign in with Google". Use your Google account. TaskPay does not store your Google password.

Offers and earning

How do I complete an offer?

Choose an offer from the offerwall, tap Start, read all the conditions, tap "Open offer link" to go to the official offer page, complete the required steps, take a screenshot, come back to TaskPay, and submit your proof.

What kind of offers are available?

Offers include app installs, account registrations, first UPI transactions, survey completions, and similar promotional tasks. Each offer shows its reward and conditions before you start.

What is the coin value?

100 coins equals Rs 1. So 1,000 coins equals Rs 10 and 10,000 coins equals Rs 100.

When do coins get credited?

Coins are credited only after admin reviews and approves your proof submission. This is not automatic. Review typically takes 24 to 48 hours.

Can I do the same offer twice?

No. Each offer can only be completed once per account. Completed offers are automatically hidden from your offerwall.

Proof submission

What screenshot should I upload as proof?

Upload a clear screenshot showing the offer completion — success screen, transaction confirmation, or account creation success. The screenshot should show the date, your account name or number, and a clear completion state. Blurry, cropped, or edited screenshots may be rejected.

Why was my proof rejected?

Common reasons: the screenshot was unclear, required steps were not fully completed, wrong offer link was used, the offer conditions were not met (for example first transaction not done), or proof did not match what the offer required.

Can I edit my proof after submitting?

Yes. If your submission is still in "processing" status and the admin has not reviewed it yet, you can update your note and upload a new screenshot from the offer detail page.

What is the maximum screenshot size?

Screenshots up to 3 MB are accepted. PNG and JPG formats are supported.

Can I save proof and submit later?

Yes. Use the "Save and upload later" option on the proof form. Your offer stays in "Proof pending" status until you return and submit.

Withdrawal

What is the minimum withdrawal amount?

For your first withdrawal, the minimum is Rs 20 (2,000 coins). From the second withdrawal onwards, the minimum is Rs 100 (10,000 coins).

How do I withdraw my earnings?

Go to the Wallet section in the app, enter your UPI ID, enter the coin amount you want to withdraw, and submit the request. Every withdrawal is reviewed before payout.

How long does withdrawal take?

Withdrawal requests are reviewed manually. Processing typically takes 24 to 48 hours after approval.

My withdrawal was rejected — what should I do?

The rejection reason is shown in your wallet section. Fix the issue (such as incorrect UPI ID) and submit a new request. Contact support if you need help.

Do I need a UPI PIN to receive payment?

No. Receiving money never requires your UPI PIN. Your UPI PIN is only used to approve payments you send out. Never share your UPI PIN with anyone.

Referrals

How do I earn from referrals?

Go to the Refer section, copy your personal referral link, and share it. When a friend signs up using your link they get 250 coins. When they complete their first approved offer, you get 500 coins.

Why have I not received my referral bonus?

Referral bonus is credited only after the referred user completes their first approved offer. If the offer proof is still pending or was rejected, the bonus has not been triggered yet.

Can I refer myself?

No. Self-referrals are detected and disqualified. Creating duplicate or fake accounts to claim referral bonuses may result in account suspension.

Account and safety

How do I contact TaskPay support?

Does TaskPay guarantee income?

No. TaskPay is not employment, investment, or a guaranteed income source. Rewards depend on available offers, valid completion, correct proof, and admin approval.

Is my data safe with TaskPay?

TaskPay uses Google Firebase authentication and secure database storage. Your Google password is never stored by TaskPay. Read the full privacy policy for details.
